Looge / Theatre & Performance / Tramway

www.tramway.org/ →Tramway occupies a former tram depot in Pollokshields that also housed Glasgow's transport museum before reopening in 1990 as a home for contemporary visual art and performance, and it remains one of Scotland's key production venues for the National Theatre of Scotland. Its two theatre spaces and two exhibition galleries suit visitors drawn to ambitious, boundary-crossing work — dance, theatre and large-scale exhibitions that wouldn't fit a conventional stage or white cube — and the Hidden Gardens behind the building reward anyone who arrives early or stays after a show.
