2. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account on Looge or otherwise using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

3. Our service

Looge is a free cultural listings platform for the UK. We aggregate event information submitted by independent venues — including cinemas, theatres, galleries, and cultural institutes — and make it available to browse, search, and save. We do not sell tickets and are not an event organiser.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation.
• We may suspend or close your account if you misuse the service or breach these Terms.

5. Event listings

Event information on Looge is provided by venues and may be subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Events may be cancelled, postponed, or altered at the venue’s discretion. Always verify details directly with the venue before attending.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Looge in any way that violates applicable UK or international law or regulation.
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content in bulk without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit data.
• Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.

7. Intellectual property

The Looge name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Looge Ltd. Event descriptions and other content submitted by venues remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Looge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Looge Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including any loss arising from inaccurate event information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Third-party links

Looge links to venue websites and external ticketing platforms. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of Looge after changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
