About this event

Celebrate young adult fiction with this new crime fiction fest featuring YA authors including Benjamin Dean, Faridah Àbíké-Íyímídé, Sharna Jackson, Jenny Valentine, Rachael Davis and many more.Linked to our major exhibition, Agatha Christie: A World of Mystery, students will discover the author’s letters, notebooks, photographs, personal belongings and early manuscript drafts with a visit to the exhibition during their visit.Students then hear from the hottest YA crime fiction authors whose own work has been inspired by Christie’s writing in a series of author talks in our theatre before taking part in an author or artist-led workshop to tap into their own creativity.Please note: The day will include an exhibition visit, author talk and one interactive creative workshop with YA author or artist. At a later stage teachers will be asked to indicate workshop preference so we can ensure your visit best supports your students’ learning.group size: Maximum 30 students per schoolsession times: 10.30 – 15.00Booking is essential via the 'Book Now' button.
