VIMALA ROWE : Vocalist Vimala Rowe and pianist Charlie Flint showcase new original music in Find Your World — a night of joy, music, poetry and laughs. Drawing on influences from jazz and blues to African and Indian folk, UK indie and soul, the show weaves music and poetry into a deeply personal journey through life’s joyful, turbulent and unexpected moments. Artists and poets — from Billie Holiday to William Blake — have helped Vimala navigate her experiences, and their influence forms the cornerstones of this vibrant and uplifting performance. Expect beautiful music, heartfelt stories, plenty of laughter and an evening of good collective vibes. ‘Artistry of the highest order’ — Simon Callow ‘Most illuminating’ — The Guardian ‘A singer of quite astonishing versatility and adaptability’ — London Jazz News ‘One of the most distinctive singers to come along in some time’ — The Sunday Times Doors open 7.30pm. Music starts 8pm. The venue is mixed seated and standing. Tables are limited, and available on a first come first served basis, so if you’d like a seat , we recommend arriving early!
