FOLK AND ROOTS PRESENTS: Nastee Chapel ‘Sing and be Merry: Nastee Chapel, Yuletide’ Yuletide, Christmas, whatever you call it, we share more in common than sets us apart, and in the dark, cold of Winter we need each other more than ever. For thousands of years people have come together at this time to share song and story, how does that relate to us today? Nastee Chapel lead an afternoon of live music to bring warmth to the cold. Original music, traditional carols and plenty of sing-a-long songs to feel connected and empowered. Epic lyrical tales, clog dancing, flute playing, cajon stomping, guitar shredding. Acoustic duo, NatalieGrace Kelsey & Steve van Niekerk, perform original music and folk songs, fusing genres and influences to create a musical melting pot you’ve never heard before. Virtuoso musicianship meets crowd-pleasing tunes and storytelling. An old time feel that is timeless and heart-grabbing in it’s relevance today. Free yourself of that stiff upper lip and get your knees up with Nastee Chapel. Doors open 1.30pm. Music starts 2.30pm. The venue is mixed seated and standing. Tables are limited, and available on a first come first served basis, so if you’d like a seat , we recommend arriving early!
