Californian Savannah Gardner and her band of Recovering Good Girls bend the country music genre to their mighty will, blending soul, blues and gypsy jazz into a sound that is both unique and deeply rooted in tradition. Savannah is described as a "show-woman who connects deeply with her audiences" and an "electrifying live performer with one of the most distinctive voices around" - Country Lowdown. She has played coveted festivals like Glastonbury, The Long Road Fest, Black Deer, Red Rooster and was nominated for the UK’s Americana Live Act of the Year Award in 2025. The core three, Savannah Gardner on vocals & guitar, Riley Hare on bass and Carmen Ruiz Vicente on drums will be joined at The Water Rats by their long-time collaborators, Duncan Menzies on Fiddle & Holly Carter on Pedal Steel/Electric Guitar.
