About this event

AEG Presents Sabyna Raised between London and Hertfordshire in a traditional Romanian household, Sabyna has shaped a musical voice defined by tension between what’s felt and what’s said. Her debut EP ‘Unlovable’, arriving August 28th, is her most honest body of work to date – a raw, unflinching document of survival, self-image and the long road back to self-love. Unlovable is an assured and emotionally direct debut from one of the most compelling new voices in pop. The EP is led by anthemic single ‘Angry Girl’, which traces the emotional turmoil of letting someone in while your world is in collapse – turning that wreckage into something hopeful and luminous. It followed a confident run of singles including debut ‘Passenger Seat’, follow-up ‘The One Before’ – which landed at #15 on the Spotify UK Viral Chart and spent 30 days on the platform’s Pop List – and ‘Permission To Talk’, each marking the progression of a generational talent finding her voice in real time.
