About this event
Learn more more about Manchester’s iconic international concert venue, The Bridgewater Hall. Our entertaining and knowledgeable tour guides will lead you through the building’s history, its acoustics and architecture, as well as giving you access to parts of the building not usually open to the public. Please note that the undercroft is accessed by two flights of metal steps – unfortunately there is no step-free access to this part of the building; all other areas are fully accessible. Due to operational restrictions on performance days, some Back of House areas of the Hall will not be accessible on buildings tours. The tour will last for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes starting at the Information Desk. Please note that tours sometimes take place when the Hall is otherwise closed. Please contact the Box Office on 0161 907 9000 or [email protected] to let us know about any access requirements for attendees.

This venue’s world
This venue sits in the collection, not this one title.
Traditions this room works in
Tags on the venue. Other Manchester rooms carry the same lineage. Not a claim that this film invented the tradition.
Also playing this week
Same kind of night (music) in Manchester. Spread across the week, not a ranking.
A different kind of night
Same city and close on taste. A different discipline, on purpose.
