About this event

A one-day series of online talks and workshops from world-leading experts Discover what happens when creativity meets neuroscience, performance science, and psychology at this online summit. Explore how the brain shapes – and is shaped by – creative practice, and learn tools for handling pressure and supporting mental wellbeing. Creative expression isn’t just good for the brain – it actively shapes it. Making and experiencing art stimulates regions responsible for memory, emotion, movement and empathy. But the connection runs both ways: understanding how the brain works – and how stress, nutrition, and gut health influence it – can help you perform, create, and think more clearly, even under pressure. This summit brings together experts in neuroscience, psychology, performance science, and the arts to explore these connections from every angle. Whether you're a creative, a performer, or simply curious, you'll come away with fresh insights and practical tools – from unlocking creative blocks to managing pressure to understanding the gut-mind link. 👭 Learn with like-minded individuals 🧠 Gain practical tools for enhancing creativity and mental well being 🎓 Learn from leading experts in performance science, neuroscience, the arts, and nutrition 🎨 A full day of online talks, workshops, and Q&As Talks and workshops: The Neuroscience of Creativity Performing Under Pressure: How stress affects creativity and performance The Neuroscience of Joy: Why Creativity Feels So Good Pareidolia & Creativity: How the mind creates meaning from patterns and shapes Creativity Workshop Join us for a day of exploration and inspiration, where science meets art to unlock the full creative potential of the human mind.
