About this event
Mixed Doubles brings together two performances in one night. Carefully paired, each programme showcases different artists, disciplines and perspectives. _____________________________________________________________________________________________ Balance: Brainfools https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CSeXcbsH2A Balancing Secrets. Juggling Trust. When the world tips over, we find our feet. Using beer kegs, bottles, and planks, two strangers turn a dusty cellar into a high-energy acrobatic playground. A life-affirming, charming acrobatic spectacle co-produced by Hoxton Hall. Raindrops on Roses: Poppy Plowman Raindrops on Roses is a family friendly circus show that explores the reality of living with neurodiversity and how it can shape our mental health. By combining tight wire and clowning, this topic is explored with playfulness and joy, inviting the audience to join clown Rosie on her chaotic and charming pursuit of happiness and self-acceptance. Through humour, poetry and circus, Rosie's journey never fails to leave the audience touched to their very core.
