About this event
Makindu is the musical project of tabla player Randeep Bilkhu and clarinettist / multi-instrumentalist Timothy Wall. Drawing from folk, devotional music and improvisation, they journey through soundscapes and shared memory, and discover new paths each time. "This music opens space. It's a shining stream, a patch of cloud, a V of birds in migration. A glistening raindrop and a constellation of stars." - The Music Trust Doors open 7pm. Music starts 8.30pm. The venue is mixed seated and standing. Tables are limited, and available on a first come first served basis, so if you’d like a seat , we recommend arriving early!
