"Otto Preminger's twisted noir classic stars Dana Andrews as a cop who falls in love with Laura (Gene Tierney), the beautiful woman whose murder he's investigating. Slippery suspects include Cliften Webb as imperious columnist Waldo Lydecker and a pre-horror Vincent Price as Laura's parasitic playboy fiance, Shelby Carpenter."
