Expect a lively mix of Afrobeat, Reggae, Funk, Soul Latin and Jazz, powered by a live band to keep the dancefloor alive ‘til late. From crowd favourites to deep cuts, it’s all about the music that makes you move. Free entry, every Saturday! Good Grief is an instrumental project from Manchester, sitting somewhere in the sweet spot between jazz-soul, jazz and hip hop. At its core are Jerome (sax/flute) and Andrian (guitar), with Jack on drums and Mara Cruz joining as a guest on bass. Together they create a loose, groove-driven sound built from hard-hitting beats, intricately woven guitar and textured sax. Formed in 2016, Good Grief are known for their instrumental live performances that radiate warmth and imagination.
