Trigger warnings: sexual assault, self-harm, suicide, medical negligence Positive Risk by Katie Hoare is about the highs and lows of a young woman who finds herself stuck within the outdated British mental health system. Elinor is a 25-year-old woman who has a cat and a flat despite the demons she hides from the world. The play follows Elinor trying to navigate life during her first psych ward admission, where she makes an unlikely and humorous friend.
