The Jazz Club. New York. 1945. In the after-hours of a downtown jazz bar just after World War II, victory hangs in the air but not necessarily for those who frequent the seedy side of this famous city. The Jazz Club, created by ImprompTwo & Co., seamlessly fuses atmosphere, emotional depth, and volatile chemistry with the danger of live music. What emerges is noir with a pulse – where lives are reinvented every night, power shifts, banter is laced with intrigue, and desire comes and goes in a flash. A reckoning – scored in jazz. ImprompTwo & Co will be joined for this live show by Play It Again, the jazz duo of Sam Marshall (of ImprompTwo & Co), and Emily Rose.
