About this event
On 25 November 1976, The Band took to the stage at Winterland Ballroom for what would become their final performance with the original line-up. Joined by an extraordinary cast of special guests, the concert was captured on film by Martin Scorsese and immortalised as The Last Waltz — widely regarded as one of the greatest music films ever made. Last year, WLDFLWRS brought their acclaimed celebration of The Last Waltz to Birmingham Town Hall, earning rave reviews and featuring unforgettable guest appearances from P. P. Arnold and Nigel Clark. Now, to mark the 50th anniversary of this iconic event, WLDFLWRS return with an even bigger celebration, joined by a host of very special guests for one extraordinary night of music. Expect timeless songs, legendary performances, and the spirit of one of rock’s most celebrated concerts brought vividly back to life. WLDFLWRS are Jack Blackman, Wes Finch, Chris Quirk and Jono Wright. Special guests include: Deborah Bonham, Nigel Clark (Dodgy), Dan Donnelly (The Levellers), The Lost Notes, Clayton Denwood and Stephen Steinhaus
