Melodies On the Mic is a music platform built on a simple idea: music connects most powerfully through melody and shared experience. The event brings audiences together through exceptional performances, positive energy and a genuine sense of community, while championing some of the best R&B and melodic rap talent emerging from the Northwest. The November event reflects that vision, with Tyreezy, Joash and Gvani representing melodic rap artists who incorporate elements of R&B into their sound, alongside Fate and Lavelle, who bring a more traditional commercial R&B style, combining brilliant vocals, charisma and strong stage presence. Ultimately, Melodies aims to showcase the strength of the North West’s music scene and help put its talent firmly on the map alongside what is happening down South.
