Get creepy with us for a Halloween themed Swingin’ Sunday night with Elise Roth and her 9-piece band the Harvard Squares, who will be playing their spoooooookiest tunes for dancing! Costumes STRONGLY encouraged! There will be pumpkin baked goods! Songstress Elise Roth grew up listening to the likes of Judy Garland, Helen Forrest, and Ivie Anderson. Known for both her expressive vocals and her authentic presence, Elise has charmed audiences internationally, from swing dances to supper clubs to vintage events. She’s always delighted to introduce lesser-known songs to listeners and dancers alike. Appearing today with Elise are her Harvard Squares, a 9-piece band with all original charts, consisting of some of the best players of swing and early jazz in London.
