Led by Anirudh Varma, the Collective is a contemporary ensemble rooted in Indian classical and folk traditions. The Collective is globally recognized to bridge classical traditions with a modern sensibility, and reimagining it for a diverse and evolving global audience. AVC has released 3 full-length albums, ‘Perspectives’ (2018), Homecoming (2022) and most recently – Sabr in 2025. and they have staged more than 700 performances, both in India and abroad. The Collective just successfully completed its second USA Tour, earlier this year in Spring 2026. AVC’s mission is to connect tradition with today’s audiences worldwide through powerful live performances and cross-cultural collaborations. The Anirudh Varma Collective takes the depth of Indian classical and folk music and presents it with a contemporary, global sound. The Collective will be joined by eminent Carnatic vocalist – Supriya Nagarajan. Supriya Nagarajan is a UK-based, Mumbai-born Carnatic classical vocalist and composer. Initially a banking professional, she transitioned to music in 2005, founding the cross-cultural arts organisation Manasamitra. Her highly immersive, genre-blending works are heavily inspired by nature, combining traditional South Indian sounds with Western contemporary styles worldwide.
