It’s 1970s Belfast and radical, rebel and music-lover Terri Hooley opens a record shop called ‘Good Vibrations’. Galvanising the young musicians into action, Terri becomes the unlikely leader of a motley band of kids and punks who join him in his mission to create a new community, an ‘alternative Ulster’, to bring this city back to life. This special screening is part of Leeds Cinema Crawl: The Beat Goes On – a fun music themed day visiting three brilliant venues across the city! The Leeds Cinema Crawl is a partnership project between Cottage Road Cinema, Howard Assembly Room, Hyde Park Picture House and Scalarama Leeds.
