THE NICKEL teams up with cyberfemme studio EVERYONE IS A GIRL for a showcase of short films centred on the theme of CAMP, accompanied with readings. The Nickel Cinema’s regular roster of B-movies, softcores, and underrated gems has begun to shed some buttery spotlight on underrepresented cinematic traditions. At EIAG, we make collaborative projects about the feminine, the seductive, the virtual, and the covert. For this CAMP showcase, we are joining forces to present films from our community that are not afraid to play, deceive, and perform. Join us for a night of London’s most sparkliest, performative, abject, delicious, and scandalicious emerging cinema. Programme of films to be announced.
