Barber Family | The Big Draw Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 October, 11am – 3pm Drop-in, Free Perfect for children aged 4 – 10 and their grown-ups Come together and make your mark on the Barber this October half term. While our building is closed for our transformation, we’re taking the art outside. Grab some paint pens and let your imagination run wild as you decorate a special exhibition on our building’s hoardings. Scribble, doodle and design without limits! This event is part of the Campaign for Drawing’s ‘The Big Draw’ initiative. Don’t worry about bringing anything as free drawing materials will be provided from our outdoor art station, accessed via steps from the Green Heart, between the Watson Building and the Arts Building. When you arrive, check in with us outside the Barber’s front entrance for directions. Note that our building is currently closed to the public. Nearest facilities are accessed in the Bramall Music Building or the Arts Building. This project has been made possible with support from Chiel Construction. Access information Our outdoor art station is accessed via steps from the Green Heart, between the Watson Building and the Arts Building. (2) Staff will be stationed outside the Barber Institute of Fine Arts (1) for directions. Note that our building is currently closed to the public.
