Americana Chats… A special festival of some of UK’s finest Americana acts, featuring artists who played, worked, promoted, even grew up at Chats over the decades…. and even a current trustee! Featuring: Bluegrass & country from Foghorn Leghorn, with specials guests Big Steve Arlene & Slim Cyder The legendary London-based Canadian, Bonnie Dobson (with Ben Phillipson) Danny George Wilson (Danny & The Champs/Grand Drive) Motel Sundown (Liverpool trio with a sound reminiscent of soft-rock bands of the 60s & 70s; heartfelt lyrics over luscious three part harmonies Plus: The Ella Spencer Band (London, singer-songwriter drawing on her British-American heritage to create a fusion of Indie and Folk music; backed by her new band. & The Frank Burgess Experience The afternoon opens with an early-bird bar set from Jason Umbrellabird & Chats very own Gary Bridgewood.
