cottiers.com/ →Cottiers occupies the former Dowanhill Parish Church, a Neo-Gothic building from 1866 with stained glass and frescoes by the decorative artist Daniel Cottier, after whom it was renamed when it was converted into a theatre, bar and restaurant in the 1990s. Its combined theatre, comedy and live music programme suits visitors who want a night out built around more than one thing — a show and a meal in the same building — in Glasgow's West End rather than the city centre venues.
