On presents Dear Gregor "Some of the best juggling I've ever seen!" — Wes Peden Four-handed Japanese artist ON, on his first European visit, blends juggling, physical theatre, and object manipulation into striking performances. This year he won grand prizes at the Kanagawa Performing Arts Award and Hibiya Live Performance Award. Dear Gregor, inspired by Kafka's The Metamorphosis, explores existing in a four-handed body, accepting and mourning an imposed form as the line between living being and object blurs. ON also performs a short juggling routine. Silent Shout presents No News No News is the debut piece from Berlin-based Silent Shout Company, formed by Liam Wilson and Rocío "Pez" Becerra, receiving its English premiere. Blending juggling, contemporary dance, waving, and popping, the piece uses a television news broadcast structure to deliver an abstract, poetic commentary on media trust, neutrality, and authority. Liam is a Scottish performer who entered the European circus scene in 2009 and became known for his highly-skilled solo street shows. Rocío, a Berlin-based Spanish dancer and choreographer, brings a Fine Arts background to her work, having performed in Babylon Berlin and taught internationally. Shortly after the show, there will be a Q&A with the artists. Dear Gregor and No News are part of Thrown Together Age recommendation: 7+ | Running time: 75 mins + Q&A
