Versatile mezzo-soprano Adriana Festeu is back in Belgrave Square with a carefully curated story-recital not to be missed. This time, she will be accompanied on the piano by Christopher White, Head of Opera at the Royal Academy of Music Trei lucruri nu știe omul: când se naște, când îl ia somnul și când moare. Three things are beyond a person's knowledge: the moment of their birth, the moment sleep comes, and the moment of their death. - Romanian proverb Inspired by this Romanian saying, the recital explores the moments of transition into and out of consciousness across a woman’s life.
