A serially unfaithful businessman rents a secret room in a Hollywood Hills mansion from a brother and sister, intending to use the space for his extramarital encounters. Unaware that his landlords are serial killers, he soon discovers that the women he brings to the room are being murdered as part of their own sinister scheme. A strange hybrid of psychological thriller, horror, and erotic exploitation, the film combines sexual obsession, voyeurism, and gruesome violence with a bizarre blood-transfusion plot. Its low-budget atmosphere and unusual premise place it firmly within the oddball American exploitation cinema of the early 1980s.
