In Thea Gaji ć 's powerful debut based on a true story, a Yugoslav refugee and gifted musician rebuilds his life in Bristol, balancing fatherhood with the shadows of his past that refuse to fade. When Vlad ( Slavko Sobin ) forms a band to reconnect with his roots, music becomes his lifeline – a fragile bridge between who he was and who he wants to be.
