60 years after the Beatles came to Chiswick, we celebrate that iconic moment and reflect on their unique place in rock history with three Beatles experts. Broadcaster Samira Ahmed, author of the new BFI Classics book on A Hard Day’s Night (also filmed in west London), chairs a discussion with Beatles historian Mark Lewisohn (The Beatles: All These Years, Volume 1 – Tune In) and Tony Palmer, director of the 17-part TV documentary series All You Need Is Love: The Story of Popular Music. Supported by Chiswick House & Gardens Trust and Savills Chiswick.Bar open and books and DVDs on sale from 6pm.
