The global challenges faced by women today, from online misogyny and authoritarian states to economic equality and climate change, are addressed by writer and human rights activist Natasha Walter in her new book for Virago, Feminism for a World on Fire. She joins Tahmima Anam, whose novel Uprising is a story of female defiance and survival, to discuss how to build a future where women can thrive on a flourishing planet. Chaired by Lucia Osborne Crowley, award-winning writer and investigative journalist at The Nerve.
