Positioning your practice for a changing profession This year’s Guerrilla Tactics conference explores how architects can take advantage of the new directions and opportunities emerging across the profession. It will encourage delegates to explore fresh ways to define their offer, strengthen their business approach and shape a practice that stands out. This programme consists of an in-person conference event and access to seven hours of separate on-demand CPD via RIBA Academy. If you are unable to attend in person you can also book through our online live-streamed conference and CPD option . Featuring expert-led roundtable discussions, this conference provides a valuable opportunity to network with peers and industry leaders. Delegates will leave with practical strategies to grow their practice, price and position their services with confidence, win new work and build a distinctive, future ready studio that can thrive as the profession evolves.
