Scotland’s leading inclusive dance company, Indepen-dance, presents Gathered Together 2026 from Wednesday 2 - Saturday 5 September. Over four days, the festival will host performances, workshops and presentations from some of the world’s leading inclusive dance organisations. Film installation - A pigeon trapped in an art gallery presented by Indepen-dance (Scotland) and Clifftop Projects (Scotland) Friday 4 September | 5pm - 7pm Saturday 5 September | 11am - 1pm Suitable for all ages "The real birds know the sky and the parks and the trees. But all I have are these paintings of the outside world. I will never know what they know.” Walk inside an art gallery filled with portraits of Clifftop Projects' intergenerational dancers.
