Local singer-songwriter Amelia Fewtrill Webster has teamed up with the wonderful Harry Potter and Game of Thrones actor David Bradley to launch a charity single in aid of Birmingham Children’s Hospital this September. Join us at The Mockingbird Cinema on 26th September for a very special afternoon featuring David Bradley talking about his incredible career, including Harry Potter , Game of Thrones , Hot Fuzz , After Life with Ricky Gervais, Broadchurch , Doctor Who and the recently Oscar-nominated Frankenstein . The event will also feature the premiere of the music video for “Short and Sweet” , a charity single dedicated to the life of Annabel Greenhalgh , a young girl whose life was tragically cut short at just eleven years old. Annabel’s life was full of music, art, love, theatre and travel. “Annabel’s life was tragically cut short. We intend to celebrate her life and keep her memory alive with this song. Short and Sweet is a love song — a love song for a precious life. Sung by myself and David Bradley, we are asking for a donation to the amazing Birmingham Children’s Hospital with each download.” — Amelia Webster, composer, writer and singer All profits raised from the event will go to Birmingham Children’s Hospital. There will also be a raffle , as well as the opportunity to purchase and download the single and buy limited-edition vinyl and CDs , which will be available for signing by David Bradley and Amelia Webster on the day.
