A group of vampires keeps the body of a witch named Isabel hidden in the cellar of an old castle, seeking to resurrect her through a series of black magic rituals requiring the blood of young virgins. When a group of visitors arrives at the castle, they become caught up in the occult ceremonies and the supernatural forces surrounding Isabel’s return. Renato Polselli’s bizarre slice of Italian horror pushes gothic atmosphere, erotic exploitation, and surreal imagery into increasingly dreamlike territory. More interested in mood, ritual, and visual excess than conventional narrative logic, the film has become a cult curiosity among fans of extreme 1970s Euro-horror.

Not the same tradition as the lineage above — a genuinely different thread to pull, if you want one.
