Legislator and campaigner Beeban Kidron spoke to specialist police officers, bereaved parents, lobbyists and tech bros for her book USERS: How Big Tech Took Control and How To Fight Back. She examines how they avoid rules and regulations, and capture governments that are meant to protect us. With author and technology journalist Jamie Bartlett (How to Talk to AI) she addresses ways to stay in control of AI, even as it changes the way we live, feel and think. Chaired by the BBC’s Marianna Spring.
