The Meanwood Valley Stompers, Andy AV8, and Swing Dance Leeds. Andy AV8 is a sought after DJ on the swing dance weekender scene, Lindy and Balboa teacher and resident DJ at the wonderful Red Feather Club in Suffolk. He’ll be bringing a great selection of records to keep all you Lindyhoppers dancing all night long! Rob and Tina, Leeds’ very own Swing Dance Leeds bring years of swing experience and will be teaching the basics to get you on the floor and dancing. All skill levels welcome from first timers to seasoned Lindyhoppers! Live and direct from the Meanwood Valley… David Broad and the Meanwood Valley Stompers are transatlantic country blues and rural swing trio. They play songs hand picked from the golden era of swing and deliver them in their own style with syncopated rhythms and vocal harmonies guaranteed to keep the dance floor full. From Louis Jordan to Louis Armstrong, Sister Rosette Tharpe to the Nat King Cole Trio by way of Robert Johnson and Big Bill Broonzy.
