Collections of Collections (Vol .1) is an unbound anthology of artist collections. Join us to celebrate and participate in the launch of Vol .1, focusing on artists connected to the GSA as students, staff and alumni. What to expect? Panel and Q&A of contributing artists to discuss the assembling of the anthology, collection as an impulse, a way to seek truth, and a method of art making, chaired by the project curator Bjorn Blakstad. Take home your own (FREE!) anthology. Will you choose to collect a fully assembled publication, or collect your own from interviews, images of the collections and artist index cards? Enjoy an evening of music, drinks, collection and conversation.
